Dear Mr. Parkerson:
On May 28, 2008, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the Colorado Vegetation Management
letter for a 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Technical Revision package for the Parker Construction,
Inc., Orchard Grove Industrial Pit, Permit No. M-1990-094. The technical revision proposes to add Tamarisk and
Russian Olive to the weed management plan. As of May 30, 2008, the application has met the requirements of
completeness for staff review. The decision date for the Technical Revision is set for 30 days from the completeness
date which ' June 30, 2008.
