V"" AM I
Dear Mr. Hall,
After reviewing the water sampling protocols for the water well #32883 and Jeronimus
Lake and comparing it to the standard operating procedures for DIMP sampling from the
Tri-County Health Department, the office has approved the procedures you have
submitted.
Water monitoring shall begin immediately before de-water and extraction activities
begin. Measurements will be taken once a month for a year and quarterly there after.
Once monitoring has been completed for a year and following completion of the de-
watering operation, if the DIMP levels are found to be below the set threshold, you may
submit a technical revision to the office to discontinue the monitoring program. The
office will review the data collected to determine if monitoring should continue at that
time.
Sincerely,
Jared Ebert
Environmental Protection Specialist
Cc; Mark Molen, Molen & Associated, LLC
Robert N.
