Hall-Irwin Corporation will continue to use the reclamation process specified in the original Baseline permit
application. However, Phase 4 will be reclaimed to a water storage reservoir. The specifications for the slurry wall
around Phase 4 (and Hall-Irwin's Parker Dersham Resource - permit # M-2006-003) are attached.
