Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />TR-07, i/ <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) has reviewed your letter and attachments <br />dated February 28, 2008. The attachments include certification that the 3-Dam Pump Station and <br />Pipeline and the Sludge Densification Plant and Pipeline were constructed in general accordance with <br />the plans submitted to DRMS as part of permit amendment AM-05. The attachments include as-built <br />drawings of the new facilities.
