By this letter, and in accordance with Rule 7.3 of the Hard Rock/Metal <br />Mining Rules of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, DRMS hereby approves the design drawings. <br />Upon completion of these projects, please provide a certification by a professional engineer or other <br />qualified person confirming that the facilities were constructed in accordance with the approved design <br />plans. Remember that no process water may be routed through the new pipeline until the certification <br />has been accepted by DRMS (Rule 7.3.1(5)).
