Our office has reviewed the submitted materials. Given that the
expansion associated with this project involves underground coal reserves, and that no surface
penetrations are required as part of this project, we find that no cultural resources will be affected
by this project.
If you have any questions, please contact Joseph Saldibar, Architectural Services Coordinator, at
(303) 866-3741.
Sincerely, n A
'VV
Georgianna Contiguglia
State Historic Preservation fficer
Colorado Historical Society
OFFICE OF ARCHAEOLOGY AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION
303-866-3392 * Fax 303-866-2711 * E-mail: oahp@chs.state.co.us * Internet: www.coloradohistory-oahp.org

1300 BROADWAY DENVER COLORADO 80203 TEL 303/866-3395 FAx 303/866-2711 www.coloradohistory-oahp.org
I?
