Sherman <br />Executive Director <br />Dick Wolfe, P.E. <br />Director <br />CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL <br />Hilltop Aquatic Investments, LLC requested for financial warranty reduction for the Raindance Sand and <br />Gravel Mine, Permit no. M2004-022. <br />The mined area was lined with a slurry wall during 2006 and the lining of this pit was approved by the <br />Division 1 Office on March 10, 2008 in accordance with the State Engineer Guidelines for Lining Criteria. If <br />a lined pond results, after reclamation replacements of lagged depletions shall continue until there is no <br />longer an effect on stream flow.
