Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Parshall Pit, Permit No. M-1998-034, Completeness of 112 Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit Technical Revision Application, TR-01. <br />Dear Mr. Brooks: <br />On May 2, 2008, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety reviewed the proposal for a revision to the <br />reclamation plan for the Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Technical Revision package for the Mountain <br />Park Concrete, Inc., Parshall Pit, Permit No. M-1998-034. The technical revision proposes to add a water clarifying <br />process to replace the three wash water ponds located in the southern portion of the permit area. As of May 15, <br />2008, the application has met the requirements of completeness for staff review.
