Review Items 1
through 3 originated from my past reviews. Items 1 and 3 were previously resolved. In their
response to Item 2, the operator incorporated a commitment we had requested regarding submittal of
amended vegetation community mapping to refine the mountain shrub and xeric mountain shrub
community delineation, and also committed to submittal of amended reference area demonstrations
and success demonstration approaches for the two community types by the end of the 1St quarter,
2010.
I believe the commitment is adequate to resolve the adequacy concern (see Item 2 below).
Let me know if you have any questions.
2. Amended text on page 2.05-56i commits to additional mapping and sampling, and associated
success standard revision, to be submitted during the 1St quarter of 2010.
