These projects include: 1) removal of accumulated sediments from <br />Robinson Lake; and 2) transportation and placement of excavated sediments to the southeast corner of #2 <br />Dam. Initiation of this project is currently scheduled for mid-June 2008 and will correspond to the lake draw <br />down required to perform work on the outlet works of the lake, pending your review and approval (this <br />Technical Revision No. 14 was submitted on May 13, 2008). <br />Climax remains an active operation with ongoing and documented closure/reclamation and composting <br />operations, dust control, water treatment and compliance management, general property management <br />activities, and remaining molybdenum reserves. Future mine planning as part of the Climax 2010 Project is <br />cun~ently in the final planning stages. <br />Three copies of this Technical Revision (TR) and the requisite $1,006.00 fee applicable to a l 12d operation <br />are included herein. Your expeditious review of the TR will be very much appreciated and we look forward <br />to your approval.
