On May 12, 2008, the Division received a request from Battle Mountain Resources to extend the
decision date for AM-03. The Division has approved the request for extension.
Due to the extension, the public meetings previously scheduled for May 28 and June 11-12 have
been vacated and new dates will be set in the future. Therefore, the Division will not be hosting
public meetings at the school gymnasium on May 28 and June 11-12. Thank you for making the
school gymnasium available to the Division and the public.
The Division will inform the School District of the new dates as soon as the new dates can be
determined. Hopefully, the school gymnasium will be available for these future meetings.
