Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: CORRECTION to ICatuska Pit, Permit No. M-1991-037, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-2 <br />Dear Mr. Kimmick: <br />On March 31, 2008 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) sent approval of Technical Revision TR-2 <br />that was submitted to the Division on March 14, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Remove Stipulation No. #02 and change Post-Mining Land Use to Residential. <br />The letter subsequently stated that the approval was contingent upon your filing a copy of the TR with the County Clerk <br />and Recorder as specified in Rule 1.8.1. This is not correct. Rule 1.8.1 does not apply to existing permits, only to permit <br />applications under consideration by the Division.
