<br />The affected lands within Seneca II Mine fall within both pre-law and permanent program
<br />(SMCRA) categories. This Phase II bond release application only includes permanent
<br />program area and is delineated on Exhibit A, Phase II Bond Release Areas. The Pre-Law
<br />area is addressed in separate bond release applications.
<br />• IdentiScation of Lands
<br />The Seneca II Mine is located approximately nine miles southeast of the Town of Hayden,
<br />Colorado. The USGS 7.5 Minute Quadrangle Maps of Milner and Mt. Harris, contains the
<br />described permit area. The area requested is included in the following legal description:
<br />TSN, R87W -Sections 1, 2, 3, 11, 12, and 13
<br />T6N, R87W -Sections 27, 34, 35, and 36
<br />TSN, R86W -Section 6 and 7
<br />The exact location of the bond release area is shown on Exhibit A -Phase II Bond Request
<br />Areas. The following table is a listing of all lands contained within this submittal It shows
<br />the permit number, bond number, bond amount, bonding company, and legal description of
<br />the lands that the bond covers.
