The revision was called complete on May 8, 2008. The decision due date is July 7, 2008. <br />TR-59 provides for 1) the mining of additional coal reserves contained within a 148-acre modificati{'on to <br />Federal Coal Lease Tract #4; 2) the associated addition of 249.08 acres to the Permit Area; and 3) an <br />adjustment to the mine plan for previously permitted Federal Coal Lease COC 61357. No new surface <br />facilities or methane drainage boreholes are planned for the proposed modifications. <br />This revision is available for review at the Gunnison County Planning Department, 201 E.
