<br />d. Applicant agrees that no Pine River Irrigation Project water from the <br />Ceanaboo Ditch shall be used for augmentation or for any use except irrigation of the <br />property designated to be irrigated with this water. <br />12. Retained Jurisdiction. <br />a. Pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. § 37-92-304(6), the Court shall retain <br />jurisdiction and the decree hereunder is subject to reconsideration by the Water Judge on <br />the question of injury to vested water rights of others for a period of four (4) years from <br />entry of the decree herein. <br />13. The priority granted herein is awarded pursuant to an application filed in the <br />Water Court in 2003, shall be administered as having been filed in that year, and shall be <br />junior to all priorities filed in previous years.
