A fine mist of tap water was also sprayed lxtwan the bottom of the geotnembrane and the clay <br />borrow soil liner material, on the order of 1.0 to 2.0 orJyd', prior to the placement of the geomembnne. <br />Consolidation: For Test No. 3, the entire tort eta:ssectia't was consolidated for 24 trouts under the test normal stress prior <br />to being sheared. <br />Tat normal sttesz S00 psi. <br />.
