Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Elk Creek and Sanborn <br />Creek Mine. The revision was called complete on May 2, 2008 and issued the decision on the same date. <br />In Minor Revision No. 86, Oxbow Mining, LLC is proposing to change the location of Gob Vent <br />Borehole GVB-LWIO-03C. The drilling of this borehole was approved and bonded in Technical <br />Revision No. 58. The new drill hole location is on an existing drill site.
