Re: AVS Review Check for PR6, Blue Mountain Energy, Inc., Permit No. C-1981-018
I have reviewed the permit pages I-4 and I-5, revised 3/2008 that were submitted in the PR6
package against AVS and I only have two questions.
1) Blue Mountain Energy, Inc:
In AVS, Randy Brown in listed as Secretary and Treasurer with a Begin Date of 8/19/2004. If
Randy Brown is still Secretary and Treasurer please update Table I-1 on permit pages I-4 (revised
3/2008) to show him. If Randy Brown in no longer Secretary and Treasurer please submit an End
Date so that AVS may be updated.
2) Deseret Generation & Transmission Co-Operative:
In AVS, Randy Brown in listed as Secretary and Treasurer with a Begin Date of 8/19/2004. If
Randy Brown is still Secretary and Treasurer please update Table I-2 on permit pages I-5 (revised
3/2008) to show him. If Randy Brown in no longer Secretary and Treasurer please submit an End
Date so that AVS may be updated.
