Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) issued a proposed decision for <br />Technical Revision No. 66 on March 28, 2008. A public notice of the proposed decision was <br />published in the Rio Blanco Herald Times on April 3, 2008. This public notice initiated aten-day <br />public comment period that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the <br />Division regarding this proposed revision. No comments were received by the Division during the <br />public comment period. The tenth day fell on Sunday, April 13, 2008.
