Box191, Victor, CO 80860-0191; (719) 689-4023, filed an Amendment application to M-1980-244, Cresson Project, which is located at or near Section 30, Township 15S, Range 69W, 06th Frime Meridian, in Teller County. The application decision is scheduled for September 29, 2008.
