All other <br />conditions and requirements of Permit No, M-2001-060 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $40,600.00 exceeds the $17,725.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not already <br />done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $22,875.00.
