The request for an additional 6 months to respond to the preliminary adequacy <br />review is approved. <br />The new decision date is set for July 2, 2008 as specified in your letter. Please submit your adequacy response to <br />DRMS no later than June 13, 2008 so DRMS staff have adequate time to review the submittal prior to the decision <br />date. <br />The Amendment No. 1 application process has reached the 365 day limit allowed for review per Rule 1.4.1(9). <br />Therefore, no more extensions of the decision date will be approved.
