Roots aze being found 7
to 8 feet. We do not agree with the limitations that are present in all the reading. Lift A should
be a MINIMUM of 24 inches and Lift B should be whatever is left.. Most places say a total of 40
inches other places say 48 inches. If the topsoil and subsoil is there, why is there a set figure?
We would like all of it returned regardless of depth. Some of our prime topsoil has already been
removed, so if it's there, we want it put back.
We do not agree with 2.04.9-27. Top soil A lift, 12 inches. Where did the 12 inches come
from? Everything on that page is 18 inches for non-prime and the for prime 12 inches. This is
not acceptable. -
These aze our main concerns and objections. Throughout the reading material, comments were
made that determination on farmlands were based on water availability etc. We are going to
stand firm on 1 SHARE will do 2 ACRES and we have proven this mathematically and
scientifically and we aze not going to give in on this matter. The water seems to .affect much of
these conclusions on other peoples property as well. We have not have time to read thoroughly
all of this material that took weeks to prepaze and we have only days to object. We may be
sending more information. Thank you for your time.
c~ , ~ . r
Frank and Mary Lou Morgan ~-C~ t ' ~ ~ L` ,~~.
Mike Morgan and JoEllen Turner _ ~ ~~
Patty Morgan ~~
~^~ 1 ~' ~
L~~~~
