Ebert, Environmental Protection Specialist +wc firer ~t_E <br />RE: Hilltop Aquatic Investments, LLC, Raindance Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-2004-022 / <br />Please be advised that on Apri128, 2008, Hilltop Aquatic Investments, LLC, whose address and telephone number are <br />1625 Pelican Lakes Pt., Ste. 201 ,Windsor, CO 80550; (970) 686-5828, submitted a request for full reclamation <br />responsibility release for the Raindance Sand and Gravel Mine, Permit No. M-2004-022. The construction materials <br />extraction operation is located at or near Section 29, Township 6N, Range 67W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Weld <br />County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
