The current page 124a is a depiction
of the existing well sites (previously approved through TR nos. 36 & 37). It is a hand
drawn sketch that is an approximation of the well sites and means of access. The
replacement page 124a is generated from the annual aerial photography work, and is tied
into ground survey points. CEC flagged the corners of the "well activity" disturbance
areas to provide additional identification points for the aerial work. We are now able to
accurately define the size of the existing well pads and access roads.
The second page will, in accordance with the language of the submitted TR #39, provide
an approximation of the location and access for the two proposed wells. This drawing
uses page 124a as its base (existing wells) and identifies the relationship of the new wells.
It is an approximation since the new sites have yet to be staked, fenced, or operations
commenced. The intent will be to provide post-drilling activity confirmation of the exact
disturbance area as part of the AHR Report. This page showing the "proposed well sites"
will be designated page 124b. Once drilling operations are complete on the new wells
and they have been identified by aerial photography as "existing sites", we will
recommend combining 124a and 124b into a single drawing (124a) identifying all
existing well sites where land use designation has been altered.
