These soils occur on hills and alluvial fans. Some soils hay <br />6 to 60 inches. The available water capacity is typically very low. The ; <br />to 10 inches thick. <br />Gravel Breaks <br />R067BY063C0 <br />rapidly to moderately <br />rock fragments at depths of <br />I surface layer is typically 2 <br />Exposed areas of gravel are inherent to this site. The amount of bare gr and varies with the amount <br />of surface gravel. Where slopes are gentle, water flow paths should be b oken, irregular in <br />appearance or discontinuous with numerous debris dams or vegetative b triers and exhibit slight to <br />no evidence of rills, wind scoured areas or pedestaled plants. <br />As slopes become steep, bare areas may increase. Expect to find evide ce of water flow patterns <br />and pedestaled plants.
