Cattany
Division Director
Natural Resource Trustee
The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) have reviewed Trapper Mining
Inc.'s 2004 Annual Reclamation Report, TR-102. Trapper Mining Inc. submitted the report in
accordance with Rule 2.04.13. Upon review of the above referenced report the Division has the
following comment:
The Division's Annual Reclamation Report form lists a total of 35.1 acres disturbed for the
calendar year of 2007. This is in contrast to the disturbed acre total listed in Section 1.0 under
heading 1.2.1 Disturbed Acres, which states that Trapper disturbed 42.36 acres resulting from
topsoil salvage for pit advancement, haulage corridor construction, topsoil stockpile
construction, and other miscellaneous activities as approved by the Division. Please
acknowledge which amount is correct and provide a corrected page, or respond to the reason
for the difference.
Please submit the requested information by the regulatory timeframe.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
