Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Enclosed you will find. the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's Proposed Decision Package, for <br />Transfer of Permit No. 3 at the King Coal Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty (30) day <br />public comment period for the Division's decision begins on April 2, 2008. <br />Stipulations, if any are imposed, are included on the enclosed riders to the permit.
