Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Recl,~mation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 1 Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on April 1, 2008. The decision due date is April 11, 2008. <br />In Minor Revision No. 120, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to temporarily store up to 3,000 cubic <br />yards of dirt and rock at the Bowie No. 1 Mine highway stockpile area. The material would come from <br />the Bowie No, 2 Mine Hubbard Creek vent shaft bench construction project.
