The
revision was received by the Division on 7 March 2008 and was deemed complete on 14
March 2008. "The Division would like to thank Colowyo for its timely submittal of the
revision. The Division has reviewed the information contained in TR-70 and has the
following adequacy questions.
1. On revised page 18, flow is listed as a Quarterly Surface Water Laboratory
Parameter. The Division considers flow a field parameter and Colowyo has it
listed as such. Please remove flow from the laboratory parameter table.
2. To avoid potential confusion, please add the text "@25° C" to the conductivity
parameter in the Quarterly Surface Water Laboratory Parameter table on
revised page 18.
3. On revised page 19, water level is listed as a Quarterly Alluvial Ground Water
Laboratory Parameter. The Division considers water level as a field
parameter and Colowyo has it listed as such. Please remove water level from
the laboratory parameter table.
4. Th~~ revised text on pages 18 and 19, Quarterly Surface Water Laboratory
Parameter table and Quarterly Alluvial Ground Water Laboratory Parameter
table, should identify whether the sample values for each analyte will be
reported as total recoverable or dissolved depending on previous practice for
surface and ground water monitoring. Please include this clarification to each
table as appropriate.
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver Grand Junction Durango Active and Inactive Mines
