Two copies of the <br />application are on file with the Division of Reclamation, Mining & <br />Safety (DRMS) . <br />This copy of the application is delivered to you pursuant to <br />34-32.5-112(9)(a), Colorado Revised Statutes 1995, as amended, <br />which states in part: <br />....the applicant shall file a copy of such application <br />for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk <br />and Recorder of the County in which the affected land <br />is located. <br />Please acknowledge receipt of this copy of these replacement <br />pages by signing in the appropriate space provided below and <br />returning one copy of this letter to the person delivering the <br />book.
