Exhibit Q (cont) -Notices and Proof of Mailing to the Board of County - <br />Commissioners and Soil Conservation District <br />NOTICE OF FILING <br />FOR COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />FOR AN AMENDMENT TO A REGULAR (112) CONSTRUCTION <br />MATERIALS EXTRACTION OPERATIONS NOTICE TO THE <br />BOARD OF THE SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />Middle Park DISTRICT <br />Grand County Department of Road and Bridge (Operator) has applied <br />for an amendment to a Regular Construction Materials Reclamation <br />Permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the <br />Board") known as the Kremmling Airport Pit, Permit # M-1978-143, <br />to conduct a mining operation in Grand County. The attached <br />information is being provided to notify you of the location and <br />nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on <br />file with the Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety (DBMS) <br />("the Division") and the Grand County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the land as commer- <br />cial/industrial. Pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32.5-116(7)(j) the Board <br />is required to confer with the Board of Supervisors of the local <br />Soil Conservation District before approving the post-mining land <br />use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the <br />proposed operation.
