Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Bowie No. 2 Mine. The <br />revision was called complete on April 1, 2008. The decision due date is April 11, 2008. <br />In Minor Revision No. 87, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to temporary store up to 3,000 cubic yards <br />of dirt and rock at the Bowie No. 1 Mine highway stockpile area. The material would come from the <br />Bowie No. 2 Mine Hubbard Creek vent shaft bench construction project. Minor Revision No. 87 will be <br />bonded to ensure that the material will be returned to the shaft bench upon final reclamation.
