Box 620216-- ~y Division Director <br />Littleton, CO 80162 Natural Resource Trustee <br />d/ <br />Re: Katuslca Pit, Permit No. M-1991-037, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-2 <br />.--- - <br />Deaz Mr. Kimmick: <br />On March 28, 2008 thE~ Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on March 14, 2008, addressing the following: <br />Remove Stipulatil~n No. #02 and change Post-Mining Land Use to Residential. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1991- <br />037. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1991-037 remain in full force and effect. . <br />Be advised that this approval is contingent upon your filing a copy of the TR with the County Clear and Recorder, as <br />specified in Rule 1.8.1 ofithe MINERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO MINED LAND <br />RECLAMATION BOARD FOR THE EXTRACTION OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS.
