The plan was reviewed by the Division's engineer Allen Sorenson and he has <br />responded back to staff. Please find attached Mr. Sorenson's memo. Four issues noted by Mr. Sorenson <br />must be addressed by Blue Rock to ensure the plan meets the Division's requirements for the site. <br />Please respond to these issues as soon as possible. <br />Based on the fact that Blue Rock Energy must respond to the engineering review the Decision Date of <br />March 27, 2008 for the TR cannot be met. Please submit an extension request by fax to this office by <br />the end of the working day.
