Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On June 21, 2006 the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety approved your amendment to expand the <br />permit area by 75 acres. 'The terms of the amendment approval were incorporated into the permit and the <br />warranty was increased from $249,250 to $1,137,716, an increase in the amount of $888,466.00. <br />The approval letter clearly indicated that the amendment will not be final until the bond is submitted and <br />approved by the Division. To date the Division has not received the financial warranty.
