Cattany <br /> Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: M-1997-054 Front Range Aggregates, Parkdale Quarry Amendment # 1 <br />The Division received timely objections on the proposed amendment to expand the operation. The Division <br />set the pre- hearing and The only issue that was raised by the objectors was resolved, prior to the per- <br />hearing date. However, the Division did not receive written withdrawals from the objectors to the <br />Amendment, prior to the Pre- Hearing Date. In accordance with Rule 2.7, a Pre- Hearing was held on March <br />25~ 2008 at the Division. Mr. Dan Hernandez was the per hearing conference officer. <br />Representatives from the Division, the Board's attorney, the Division's attorney, the applicant and their <br />consultants were present. None of the objectors attended the per- hearing conference. In accordance with <br />Rule 2.7.3(4) of The Minerals Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the <br />Extraction of Construction materials, each objector forfeited their party status and all associated rights and <br />privileges.
