The application proposes to
change its hydrologic monitoring plan to include two additional wells, A-7 and A-8, on
land located approximately 28 miles South of Craig, Colorado. This technical revision is
administrative in nature and will change the reclamation cost estimate and bond.
Currently, the SEO has no objections to the applicant's proposed project, as long as,
pumped water is not put to any use and is discharged to the surface.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at this office at (303) 866-3581.
Sincerely,
'.
~~
Mark J.
