On behalf of BRL, enclosed is a minor revision <br />application to provide for the export of 3,000 cubic yards from the shaft bench. The <br />material will temporarily be placed in the Bowie No. 1 Mine highway stockpile area. This <br />material will be returned to the shaft site during final reclamation of the shaft bench. <br />The reclamation task is to move 3,000 cubic yards from the Bowie No. 1 Mine highway <br />stockpile to the Hubbard Creek bench, a distance of approximately 9 miles.
