Bluerock Energy <br />Corporation is now the permitted operator of the J Birds, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-2005-050, as <br />well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bond and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Bond Tyne Bond Number Bond Amount <br />Citizens State Bank of Ouray Irrevocable Letter of Credit 2023 $16,646.00 <br />These have been released as of November 14, 2007 Division approval for the succession of operators.
