This <br />report describes how the under drain installed, if functioning properly, should meet the ground water table <br />elevation goals of the under drain desigp approved iq technical revision TR 03 to the Heft Pit permit. The <br />conshuction report roitoratcs that ground water monimring wiU continue at the site as approved in tsehniml <br />nwision TR-02.
