(6) Any drill or auger holes that are part of the mining operation shall be plugged in <br />accordance with methods approved by the Division: No adits or shafts will be employed in <br />this operation. All drilled or auger holes will occur within the limits of the slurry wall or area <br />excavated by the mining operation, therefore ground water resources will not be impacted. <br />However, if any drill, backhoe pits or auger holes are required outside the confines of the slurry <br />walls or zoned perimeter dam, they will be constructed by trained crews and shall be backfilled <br />as soon as practicable. <br />(7) Maximum slopes and slope combination shalt be compatible with the configuration of the <br />surrounding conditions and the selected post mining land use: The proposed post mining <br />land use will be developed water resource.
