Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that on March 3, 2008, Elam Construction, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 556 <br />Struthers Ave ,Grand Junction, CO 81501-3826; (970) 242-5370, submitted a request for financial warranty <br />reduction for the Vagneur Site, Permit No. M-1980-085. The construction materials extraction operation is located at <br />or near Section 16, Township 9S, Range 85W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Pitkin County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
