We do plan to submit <br />responses to the concerns raised, but have not completed those responses at this time. On behalf <br />of E-470 Public Highway Authority, we waive our right to a decision by January 30, 2008, and <br />respectfully request that the Division postpone its decision on the application until it has considered <br />E-470's responses, which we anticipate submitting on or before March 31, 2008. In addition, we <br />consent to an extension of our decision date to May 1, 2008.
