<br />On March 3, 2008 the public comment period for AM-03 closed. The public notice published by
<br />the Applicant in the Valley Courier stated that public comments would be received through 4:00
<br />p.m., March 1, 2008. However, March 1Stwas a Saturday. Therefore, the Division closed the
<br />public comment period on the next available working day, March 3rd. During the public
<br />comment period for AM-03 the Division received timely objections and comments from the
<br />following parties and agencies, and copies of these documents are enclosed for your records.
