On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), <br />following are its comments to the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />1. BRL brill provide USDA-FS and BLM approvals when received. <br />2. BRL has decided against using incremental bonding. <br />3. A collE;ction ditch has been added to Map 36b. The design of the ditch is <br />shown on amended page EXH-8-29i. The 0.6 cfs design flow is the peak flow <br />into the silt fence as shown on page EXH-8-230. <br />4.
