IV. Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates
The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified
during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in
the Division taking an ENFORCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1973, as
amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be
r
clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g. , January 31, 1983 and t
underlined. )
017-83-7. Extend the berm on the south side of the Mine No. 2 coal
stockpile by September 26, 1983.
017-83-8. Remove the coal that is beyond the berm on the southwest
corner of the Mine No. 2 coal stockpile as soon as the stockpile is
sufficiently small enough to facilitate removal of the fugitive coal.
017-83-9. Clean the Mine No. 1 undisturbed drainage culvert by
September 19, 1983.
017-83-10. Repair the Mine No. 1 disturbed drainage Culvert by
September 19, 1983.
017-83-11. Build up the berm on the southeast corner of the Mine No. 1
strip pit by September 26, 1983.
