Hoyl Damaris Sayre Revocable Trust <br />c/o Geoffrey Hoyl <br />PO Box 88 <br />Rollinsville, CO 80474-0088 <br />July 28, 2008 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Venture Resources, Inc.; PO Box 1974, Idaho Springs, CO 80452, 303-619-6323 , has filed an application <br />for a Hard Rock/Metal Mining Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act The proposed mine is <br />known as the Emma Lode Mineral Survey #7261, and is located at or near Section 26, Township 3S, Range <br />73W, 6'b Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is September 1,2008 and the proposed date-of completion is <br />September 1, 2018. <br />The proposed future use of the land is Residential/N ning, as permitted by the current M-1 zoning <br />designation. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date maybe obtained from the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the <br />Clear Creek County Clerk and Recorder's Office, PO Bog 2000, 405 Argentine St., Georgetown, CO <br />80444, or the above-named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above-named <br />County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be m writing and must be received by the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety by 4:00 p.m. on the tenth working day following this published public <br />notice. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C R.& 34-32-1 of et seq. comments related to noises truck traffic, <br />hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social or economic concerns are <br />issues not subject to this Off ices jurisdiction. These subjects, and similar ones, typically addressed by your <br />local gavernments, rather than the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety or the M.-nedLand <br />Reclamation Board
