Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Tepee Park Ranch Shale Borrow Pit, Permit Application No. M-2008-027, Application L/--- <br />Approval. <br />Dear Ms. Wood: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review process for the above <br />referenced application and determined that Black Diamond Minerals, LLC has met the requirements for <br />a 110c application under the Rules and Act. Staff is pleased to inform Black Diamond Minerals, LLC <br />and Tetra Tech, Inc. that the application is approved. <br />The agreed upon reclamation liability is calculated to b C$20,500.00. erbal acceptance of the <br />reclamation liability has been received by the Division. Black d ' rals, LLC must submit and <br />have accepted both a Financial and Performance Warranty for the permit to become active. No <br />disturbance may occur until the warranties are in place and all other necessary local, state and federal <br />permits (if required) are approved and in place.
