Topsoil (including salvaged andlor off site material) will be spread in a thin <br />layer (2-4") over the amended fines. <br />Regrading and Shaping <br />The affected area will be regraded to the final contours as shown on Exhibit F. <br />Regrading will begin immediately after final excavation of an area is completed within <br />each mining phase. Final slopes will vary across the area for visual and habitat <br />diversity.
